We swing into action quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Global Shipping Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every player to be completely satisfied with their equipment. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how we handle it:

Return Policy Basics

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required for all returns
  • Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error

Important Safety Restriction: For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used baseball bats (including DeMarini, Easton, and Dudley models)
  • Used slowpitch bats
  • Used batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt models)

Exchange Process

Need a different size, color, or model? Follow the standard return process but:

Damaged/Defective Items
