Returns & Exchanges Policy
At BaseballZoneUS, we stand behind our equipment just like we stand behind every swing with our premium Easton bats and every catch with our Rawlings gloves. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right with our straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For safety reasons, used baseball bats, slowpitch bats, and batting gloves cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity concerns. This includes all DeMarini, Easton, and Dudley bats that show signs of use.
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to process your return:

- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Package your item securely – we recommend using the original packaging
- Ship your return to our warehouse at:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
- Bank processing: Additional 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange
- Specify the replacement item (product name and SKU if possible)
We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return, with the same shipping options available for your original order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a cracked Easton baseball bat or torn Bruce Bolt batting gloves):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a free replacement or return label
Pro Tip: Just like breaking in a new glove takes patience, our returns process works smoothest when you provide complete information upfront. Include your order number, product details, and clear photos (if applicable) to speed up resolution.
